Bahucharaji or Becharaji is a temple town in Mehsana, Gujarat. The town is known for its shrine to Bahuchar Mata, who is worshipped as Bala. It is one of Gujarat’s three Shakti Peeths, the other two being Pavagadh and Ambaii.
Becharaji real estate is much sought after and several new complexes have come up such as Dayanand Complex. The Becahraji Taluka Purchase Sales Unions, Becharaji Taluka Kharid Vechan Sangh and Becharaji APMC are located here. Banks such as Mehsana District Cooperative Bank and State Bank of India have established branches here. Most restaurants and hotels are along the highway.
Bahucharaji is well connected with different parts of the district, such as Viramgam, Chanasma and Mehsana, through state transport buses and the trains. The SH 7 that continues from the NH 14 continues to Becharaji from Chanasma, Patan and Deesa and continues on to Halvad, Dhrangadhra, Maliya nad Viramgam. The NH8A can be accessed from Maliya which continues till Kutch.
Property in Becharaji measures between 837 and 1,539 sq ft and they are mostly plotted projects. Important builders of the area include JDT. A popular project by the company is Maruti Nandan, which is one of the under-construction Becharaji property.
