Worli is a commercial hub, located in the South of Mumbai. It is bounded by the Arabian Sea to the West, Haji Ali to the South, Mahalaxmi to the East and Prabhadevi (IT/ITes hub of Mumbai) to its North. The sea-link reduces travel time between Bandra and Worli from 60–90 minutes to 20–30 minutes. Apart from road linkage, Worli also enjoys railway connectivity through Dadar, Mahalaxmi and Elphinstone railway stations. The planned monorail is expected to boost direct connectivity to suburban locations. Other proposed project like the Peddar Road flyover will improve connectivity to the CBD. In addition to this the upcoming Metro project would also improve the connectivity situation in the city.
