Karve Nagar is a prominent locality in Pune, located about 153 kilometres from Mumbai. The locality is named after the legendary social reformer, the late Bharat Ratna Maharshi Dhondo Keshav Karve.

From Karve Nagar, Pune Railway Station is 9.4 kilometres via JM Road. A rapid transit system has been proposed in Pune. New Pune International Airport is located at a distance of 52.6 kilometre via the Pune-Nasik Highway.
